Joe started turning wrenches in high school at a local transmission shop, quickly realizing he had a real talent and passion for understanding how cars work. Over the next 20 years, he honed his craft working at Audi, BMW, VW, and Mini dealerships, learning the ins and outs of both factory standards and performance tuning.

After two decades in the industry, Joe opened JR Autohaus to create a space that reflects his values: honest communication, high-quality workmanship, and a genuine love for cars. Outside of work, you’ll find him racing, spending time with his family, or talking shop with other enthusiasts - the same passion that drives how he approaches every car that comes into the bay.
